HOW I FOCUS ON MY CLIENTS.

The way I focus on my client is listening and making sure the client has a safe place to chat and to make the client feel comfortable. With using a positive approach assuring the clients counselling session  benefits my clients needs. With  using a few different therapies and I choose the therapy that I think will benefit the client.

The therapies I use for people seeking help are the cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness  therapy, relaxation therapy, gestalt therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
