WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY COUNSELING SESSIONS.
Your first counseling session is a 20 minute free phone consultation just to find a bit of information what you need from your counseling session. Then you can pick the type of session you want. Then I will pick the therapy that is best for you.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED COUNSELING.
People may be unaware that they need counseling therapy. When to start therapy, most people start when they are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, difficulty concentrating, sadness, mood swings or you are feeling past life traumatic events are resurfacing in your mind. This is when your body and mind is telling you your not coping. Feeling all the above it is time for you to seek help.
HOW LONG IS A THERAPY SESSION FOR.
Online counselling and telephone and walk and talk counseling sessions are for 1 hour.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COUNSELING SESSIONS.
My business uses PayPal you can pay through a PayPal invoice I will send to you or you can pay through the PayPal link that I will send to you or you can pay through add to cart. Also you can do direct debit which the information is on my fees page. We are now doing bank direct deposit.
